Once your order has been confirmed, it is generally no longer possible to make changes. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
In certain cases, however, our customer service can still intervene. The fastest way to have your request processed is to call us directly before your order is dispatched.
If the delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, the parcel will usually be automatically returned to us. We can then arrange a new delivery to the correct address.
If the error concerns the items ordered, you have the option to refuse the parcel upon delivery. It will then be returned to us at no additional cost.
If refusal is not possible, you can submit a return request.
