Return processing usually takes 1–2 weeks, but in some cases, it may take a little longer. Until your return has been fully processed by our team, payment installments remain active.
Once the return is approved, the corresponding amount will be adjusted or refunded.
If the refund amount is less than the remaining balance, the furthest installments will be canceled or adjusted.
If the refund amount is more than the remaining balance, the remaining installments will be canceled, and any overpayment will be refunded by Alma within 14 days.
