To find out if your item is faulty, check the following:
- Refer to the user manual
- Hold down the on/off button for at least 5 seconds
- Unlock your product if it is fitted with a ‘Travel Lock’ safety feature
- Leave your device to charge for at least 24 hours
- Or replace the batteries with new, good-quality ones
- Check the correct orientation of the batteries
If your product still does not work after checking each of these points, submit a return request online and we will cover the cost of returning your product so that we can replace it.
